Ever had been driving almost all night, she didn’t know where she’d been driving too, she just drove. She didn’t have a house, a home. She spent most of her time driving from city to city, she had nothing better to do. She decided to stop driving and take a break when she entered a town called ‘Mystical Dawn’. She wasn’t hungry yet and it was overcast but not rainy so the sun wasn’t going to make her hungry. She pulled up outside a little park and climbed out of her car, looking around at the greenery. It was a pretty nice park with roses and tulips and other flowers planted in little rows and a lot of grass with a beautiful water fountain in the middle of it all. A few benches were dotted around in random places on the bright green grass.
Ever smiled as she walked through the gate’s which were the opening to the park and down the faded brick path which led toward a bench next to the fountain. She had her phone and bright red iPod in her pocket. When she sat down she stared up at the water which was gracefully pouring out of the top of the fountain and splashing effortlessly onto the pool at the bottom. She had always had an interest in nature, not life but the beauty of plants and minerals, ect. She was in her own little world, ignoring everything around her. She preferred being in her own world, a world where she wasn’t picked on or bullied for being different. A world she’d created before she had the power to take revenge on the people who were mean to her. Ever wasn’t really cruel, to her it was just self defence. An eye for an eye, as some people put it.
She was so engrossed in her world, in her thought. That she didn’t realize when someone started approaching her.
